At Nichada, the safety of our community is always a top priority. While most homes in Nichada use induction or electric stove, unattended cooking can still pose a serious fire risk.
Even stepping away “just for a moment” can lead to overheating, smoke, or fire. Please keep these important reminders in mind:
- Never leave the kitchen unattended while using stoves, ovens, or any electric cooking appliance.
- Set a timer to keep track of cooking times.
- Keep flammable items (towels, paper, packaging) away from cooking areas.
- Stay alert and avoid cooking if you’re feeling drowsy or distracted.
- Always switch off appliances immediately after use.
Remember: If you leave the kitchen, turn off the heat. A few moments of precaution can protect your family, your home, and our entire community.

Pre-Day Rounds: October 29-30, 2025

- What to Expect: This ticket grants you exclusive access to our haunted house for a "Soft Scream" experience. There will be no food or drink vendors, making it perfect for those who prefer a more private tour or for families with younger children who might find the main Halloween day a bit too intense.

Muay Thai is referred to as ‘The Art of Eight Limbs’, as the hands, shins, elbows and knees are all used extensively in this art. A practitioner of Muay Thai (Nak Muay) thus has the ability to execute strikes using eight ‘points of contact’, opposed to ‘two points’ (fists) in Western Boxing and ‘four points’ (fists, feet).

Temporary Road Closure Announcement
For Road Surface Repairs and Flood Prevention From 24 September 2025 to 3 October 2025
We would like to inform you that road repair work will be carried out at the Natakorn
Intersection and the ramp area in front of Tropical Condo. This work is necessary to repair
damaged road surfaces, prevent water accumulation, and ensure long-term safety. Partial road
closures will be in effect during the construction period as follows:
Area 1: Natakorn Intersection
● Construction period: Wednesday, 24 September to Friday, 26 September 2025
● From 25 September to 1 October 2025, steel plates will be placed over the concrete surface to
allow vehicles to pass while the concrete sets and cures.
Please avoid using this intersection during the construction period.
Area 2: Ramp Entrance of Tropical Condo
● Inbound lane (entering Tropical Condo): Construction from 24 to 25 September 2025
● Outbound lane (exiting Tropical Condo): Construction from 26 to 27 September 2025
● From 27 September to 3 October 2025, steel plates will be laid to protect the new concrete
and allow safe passage for vehicles.
The ramp will remain accessible at all times, with steel plates in place to ensure safe vehicle use.
Remarks:
● Please do not park or obstruct the construction areas.
● Noise and dust may occur during the work period.
● We kindly ask for your cooperation in using alternative routes when possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
