Preventive Measures in Nichada

In light of recent heavy rains and flooding on roads outside Nichada Thani, residents can rest assured that within the community, key main roads have been proactively elevated as a preventive measure to reduce flood risks. Internal roads within Nichada Group owned and managed Communities (i.e. Prestige, Premier 2, Veranda) have also been raised to ensure proper water flow and minimize potential flood impact.

For projects where internal road elevation has not yet been completed, responsibility lies with the respective Juristic Person or landlord, who will implement proper drainage measures to help mitigate flood risks.
