During Thailand’s rainy season, high humidity can make your home feel warmer and less comfortable.
Here are a few simple tips for using your air conditioner efficiently:
- Set the temperature around 24–26°C for comfortable and energy-efficient cooling.
- Use Dry Mode when the air feels humid but not excessively hot
- Avoid running the AC continuously for long periods. In humid conditions, continuous operation may cause condensation to build up inside the unit, which can lead to water dripping or moisture-related issues. Turning the AC off periodically can help reduce condensation and allow the unit to dry.
- Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running to prevent humid air from entering.
- Clean your AC filters regularly to maintain airflow and cooling performance.
- Turn off the AC when leaving the room to save energy and reduce unnecessary usage.

NFR Goes HYROX
From the Competition Floor to Your Next Challenge
Another proud experience for Nichada Fitness & Recreation (NFR) as our team and trainer took on the challenge of HYROX, a global Fitness Race combining running with functional workout stations.
HYROX is more than a test of strength. It challenges your endurance, speed, power, and ability to perform under fatigue. We’re proud to share that our team successfully completed the race with an impressive time of 1 hour 27 minutes.
By experiencing the competition firsthand, our NFR team gained valuable insight into HYROX training and the demands of the race — knowledge and inspiration that we can bring back to our members and our fitness community.
Most importantly, we hope this experience inspires you to challenge yourself too.
