By scooping promptly, you help keep our community clean and healthy.
Once you’ve scooped, tie the bag securely before disposing of it in a proper trash bin. Sealing the waste keeps odors in and prevents accidental spills. Nichada has conveniently placed bins throughout the community, making it easy to dispose of waste responsibly.
It might seem like a small act, but picking up after your pet makes a big difference. - Wear long-sleeved clothing when spending time outdoors.
- Avoid areas with standing water, and help eliminate breeding sites by emptying containers that collect rainwater.
- Use mosquito screens or nets where needed.

Maid & Driver ID Card Registration
To enhance the safety and security of our community, all maids and drivers are required to register for a Maid/Driver ID Card. The registration process is simple and consists of the following steps:
Registration Steps:
- Complete the Maid/Driver Application Form, available at the Customer Relations Office.
- Prepare the required documents:
- For the applicant: Thai ID card or Passport, House Registration, and Work Permit (if applicable)
- For the employer: Thai ID or Passport, and Title Deed or Lease Agreement
- Application fees:
- Administration fee: 535 THB
- Refundable deposit: 300 THB
- Submit all documents at the Customer Relations Office to receive a temporary ID card.
- Collect the permanent ID card at the Security Office.
- Complete fingerprint stamping at the Security Office to record information in accordance with our safety protocols.
Precautions When Hiring a Domestic Worker:
- Verify Identification and Legal Documents to ensure authenticity.
- Check References and Employment History for reliability.
- Ensure Registration with the community or relevant jurisdiction.
- Clarify Roles, Responsibilities, and Working Hours in advance.
- Use a Written Employment Contract to formalize the agreement.
- Conduct a Background Check if possible.
- Respect Labor Laws and provide fair and ethical treatment.

The Machine Accuniq Body Composition.
Just recently, Nichada Fitness & Recreation installed a body mass meter(ACCUNIQ) Multi Frequency Segmental Body Composition Analyzer at Nichada fitness &Recreation NICC (Nichada Club) location for all of our customers. This machine can measure bone mass ,muscle mass and fat mass, which customers can use to refine their workout plans. It can also help to balance the muscles on both sides of the body and it can also calculate the amount of calories that should be taken during the day.
In addition to assisting customers with awareness of their body composition, it also helps customers plan their workouts and reach their goals faster.

A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program that may be conducted by gyms, personal trainers organizations.
