Construction work at Prasert Islam Road
Pak Kret Municipality has scheduled a drainage improvement project that includes the installation of drainage pipes and the construction of manholes on Prasert Islam Road, including the section in front of the Nichada Thani entrance.
- Excavation and pipe installation at the Nichada Thani entrance/exit: August 8, 2025 – August 10, 2025
- Construction on Prasert Islam Road (entire project duration): August 6, 2025 – September 15, 2025
During this period, one lane will remain open for alternating traffic. We kindly ask all drivers and pedestrians to proceed with caution when passing through the construction area.

A Swift Response: Proof of a Strong Security System
Nichada Group wishes to address a recent theft incident within the community with full transparency. News of this nature can be unsettling, and Nichada Group is pleased to report that the perpetrators have been apprehended.
This successful and rapid resolution was a direct result of the seamless coordination between Nichada Security and the Pak Kret police force. It also underscores the effectiveness of recent security enhancements implemented by Nichada Group, including the installation of new CCTV cameras in previously identified blind spots and the construction of high fences with security spikes. These measures were instrumental in the quick identification and arrest of the suspects.
The security team remains persistent in its mission to continuously improve protocols in close cooperation with the police.

2. The Nichada Vendor RFID Card: A Must for Long-Term Contractors
For any vendor or contractor working within Nichada Thani for more than 7 days, a Nichada Vendor RFID Card is required. This ensures that everyone working long-term in our community is properly registered and identified.
- How to Apply: Application forms are available at the Customer Relations Office.

- For the Applicant:
- Thai Citizens: Thai ID and house registration.
- Foreign Nationals: Passport and Work Permit.
- For the Employer/Homeowner:
- Copy of your Thai ID or Passport.
- Copy of the house title deed or lease agreement.
- For the Applicant:

- Administration Fee: 535 THB
- Refundable Security Deposit: 300 THB
- Final Step: All applicants must report to the Security Office for fingerprint collection before their permanent card is issued.
