Community Notice: Lost Access Card Assistance
If you’ve misplaced your Nichada RFID Access Card, there’s no need to worry, our team is ready to assist you.
Residents can report a lost card by contacting the Nichada Thani Security Center via phone at 02-001-4455 and by email at security@nichada.com, or by visiting the office in person, located next to Nichada Onyx. Our security personnel will gladly guide you through the process.
For added convenience, our security team will work directly with the police officers stationed at the Nichada Thani front entrance, allowing you to file an official lost property report on-site without the need to travel to an external police station.
If you are a Velvet Card holder, the process is even simpler. Just stop by the Customer Relations Office and notify our staff. Customer Relations Officers will handle the police report on your behalf.
Filing an official police report is an essential step, as it provides the necessary documentation for issuing a replacement card and helps maintain the overall safety and security of our community. Once the report is complete, please contact the Customer Relations Office (or East Club if your access card is an NFR Membership card). A replacement card fee of 500 THB will apply.
