Enjoy the Riverside & Feed the Fish at NICC

The area around Nichada Lake is peaceful, green, and perfect for a relaxing walk, especially in the late afternoon.
We warmly invite all residents to enjoy jogging or walking around the lake, or to visit the NICC where a designated fish feeding area and fish food vending machine are provided for families to enjoy together. It’s a wonderful way to unwind and connect with nature.
- The fish feeding area is located along the lakeside walkway at NICC
- Please use appropriate fish food to help protect the ecosystem in the lake
- Kindly avoid throwing trash or leftover food into the water

Motorcycle parking at NICC
Dear Nichada Thani Residents,
To maintain order and ensure the safety of community, we would like to remind you regarding motorcycle parking at the Nichada International Country Club (NICC):
Designated Motorcycle Parking Area
Specific parking zones for motorcycles are provided in front of 7-Eleven

Restrictions:
Motorcycles are not allowed to park on walkways, areas designated for car parking or in spaces reserved for persons with disabilities.

Violations:
Motorcycles parked in prohibited areas will receive an official warning notice and their vehicle will be clamped. A release fee may apply.
Reminder:
The NICC parking area is reserved for customers utilizing services or shopping at retail stores within the premises of NICC only.

Rainy Season Notice: Leaks, Humidity & Mosquitoes

The rainy season brings cooler weather but can also cause problems at home. Here are a few reminders to help protect your house and family:
Leaks
- Check roofs, windows, and balconies for seepage.
- Keep drains and gutters clear.
- Check trees near the house to prevent falling branches or clogged gutters.

Mosquitoes
- Remove standing water in pots, buckets, and trays.
- Change water in plant saucers and pet bowls often.
- Use mosquito screens and repellents.

Humidity
- Ventilate rooms and use a dehumidifier.
- Wipe and dry damp surfaces to prevent mold.
- Keep closets and storage areas dry.

Taking these small steps will help keep your home safe, healthy, and comfortable throughout the rainy season.

Are you ready to push your limits and show your power? This October, Nichada Fitness and Recreation invites all our members to step up and claim victory in our epic PULL-UP CHALLENGE!
Whether your strength is in explosive reps or pure endurance, this is your moment to shine, compete, and become a champion.
The Challenge: His & Hers Categories
We’ve tailored the competition to test different aspects of strength:
For the Gentlemen: The Ultimate Pull-Up Rep Challenge
- The Goal: Compete by performing the maximum number of Pull-Ups in a single round.
- The Winner: The participant who achieves the highest number of reps throughout the month.
For the Ladies: The Ultimate Pull-Up Hold Challenge
- The Goal: Compete by holding on to the bar for the longest possible duration in a single round.
- The Winner: The participant who records the longest hold time.
The best part? You can compete as many times as you want throughout October. Only your single best result will be recorded, so keep pushing for that new personal best!
How to Join the Challenge
- Sign Up: Head to the front desk at any of our gym locations to register. Simply provide your full name and membership ID, and you’ll receive your official performance record sheet.
- Compete: You can take on the challenge at any of our three convenient venues:
- NICC gym
- N1N2 gym
- East Club gym
- Record Your Score: (This is crucial!) After each attempt, you must notify a staff member to verify your performance. They will record your result and sign your sheet. Remember, if your results are not reported or signed by staff, they will not be counted!
Prizes and Glory!
The male and female winners will receive awesome prizes from Nichada Fitness and Recreation, and of course, the ultimate bragging rights as our 2025 Pull-Up Challenge Champions!
