- The Prestige 1,2
Recently, we have received reports concerning the unauthorized use of the Nichada Group name in advertisements or offers for rental projects. We would like to emphasize and make it widely known that Nichada Group has no involvement or responsibility whatsoever with residential rental projects located in Nichada Thani not listed above and outside the Nichada Thani area.
Please be cautious: If you encounter advertisements or receive offers for rental or for-sale residences claiming to be from Nichada Group but located in projects not listed above or outside the Nichada Thani project, please exercise extreme caution and verify the information thoroughly for your safety and to prevent deception.

Prestige 2 Pool is Almost Ready!
Thank you for your patience! We are excited to announce that the construction and upgrades for the Prestige 2 (PG2) pool are almost complete and will be ready soon.
In addition to the pool, we’ve also created a beautiful garden area and a pavilion, perfect for hosting parties and events (only available for PG2 residents and conditions apply).
We invite all PG 2 members to come and experience the new pool and enjoy these extra amenities, designed for your comfort and relaxation.

Motor Biker Misconduct Addressed
Due to repeated incidents of reckless and disruptive behavior by certain bikers within Nichada including excessive noise, speeding, and disturbing the peace of residents our security team is now working closely with the police to address this issue with seriousness and urgency.
We strongly urge all parents to speak firmly with their children and ensure they understand the consequences of such actions.
This is a matter of community safety and respect.
We will not tolerate it any longer.
