Following the earthquake on March 28, 2025, the Nichada Group of Companies would like to assure you that, based on our initial assessment certified by our civil engineer Managing Director and engineering team as well as official engineering agency, all buildings managed and operated by Nichada Group remain structurally safe.
Nichada Group is actively monitoring the situation and has engaged expert inspectors to conduct comprehensive evaluations of properties under Nichada Group's management, Nichada and Natakorn Lake Condominium (N1N2), The Tropical Residence Condominium and all Nichada offices, to ensure continued safety.
The well-being of our residents and tenants is our top priority. We are committed to taking every necessary step to maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.

Olympic-size swimming pool renovation
The renovation of the Olympic-size swimming pool is a key amenity aimed at providing a relaxing and health-promoting experience for all Nichada Fitness and Recreation Members (NFR). This upgrade is intended to enhance the quality and improve the safety of its use.
Key Renovation Details:
1. Olympic-Size Swimming Pool Renovation: The pool has undergone a complete renovation, both structurally and aesthetically. New tiles have been meticulously installed throughout the area, enhancing not only the visual appeal but also significantly improving safety and long-term durability for all users.
2. Children's Pool: A water tunnel has been added to enhance the fun of water play for children. Additionally, the original central island area has been modified and re-tiled to increase usable space and maximize safety.
3. Repair and Improvement of Tile Surfaces around the Pool Deck: Damaged tiles in the walkways surrounding the swimming pool have been replaced to ensure safe transit and improve the overall aesthetics of the area.
