Please keep our road and community safe, including supervising those under your care, in adhering to the following regulations :
- Always drive cautiously and avoid reckless behavior and adhere to the community speed limit of 30 km/h at all times
- Using bike lanes improperly (e.g., with motorbikes)
- Allowing pets to roam freely without a leash or muzzle (especially if they display aggressive behavior toward people or other animals)
- Wear seat belts and helmets (for motorbike riders) and Do not use mobile phones or play video games while driving
- Never drive under the influence of alcohol
- The RFID lane at the main entrance (Samakee Gate) is reserved exclusively for those with Nichada Thani's RFID cards. Violation is considered a serious offense against the project's regulations.
